Se la vedrà con DRIVE MY CAR (ben 4 nomination) per il Giappone, FLEE (3 nomination, anche come film d’animazione e documentario) per la Danimarca, LUNANA – A YAK IN THE CLASSROOM per il Bhutan, LA PERSONA PEGGIORE DEL MONDO (candidato anche per la sceneggiatura) per la Norvegia.
Per l’Italia sono candidati anche Massimo Cantini Parrini per i costumi di CYRANO, interamente girato in Sicilia, ed Enrico Casarosa per LUCA, film d’animazione Pixar.
